Facebook is working on launching an inbox for business which will help page owners that utilize Messenger, Instagram and Facebook Business accounts according to TechCrunch.

According to the report from TechCrunch,”The inbox in the app will now include a unified stream of all that commentary — including comments on their Facebook posts, posts on their Page, messages and comments on their Instagram and videos — as well as individual tabs for focusing on individual channels.”

If you are a business owner that utilizes Facebook and Instagram to promote your business, you know how important responding quickly is to a potential customer. This centralized inbox will allow the business owner to respond quickly to inquiries and comments/concerns rather than having to log into different apps and different devices in order to respond to customers on the different networks.

This new inbox looks to roll out in the next several weeks but it is already live for some accounts.
